leader in EMEA
The objective
Notion called for a flagship EMEA thought-leadership campaign to cement their authority in AI-powered knowledge management and engage senior decision-makers. Based on a survey of 650 European business leaders, the goal extended far beyond publishing a single report.
Notion wanted to spark conversation, build trust, and position themselves as the go-to voice in their space. We set out to replace a static research release with a living, shareable asset that could work across the customer journey, turning valuable data into a strategic tool for influence, brand building, and lead generation.

The solution
Alongside the traditional PDF, we reimagined the research as an interactive narrative rather than a document. The result was a modular microsite built around Notion’s block-based logic, designed to guide readers through key findings with clarity and flow.
Lightweight interactions, simplified data visuals and scrollytelling helped the insights land quickly. To extend reach, we produced a full suite of paid and organic social assets, all translated into three languages, giving every market a flexible, locally relevant toolkit to launch the flagship research at scale.

The outcome
The campaign became a flagship marketing asset for Notion EMEA. The interactive report was showcased at Make with Notion events in London, Berlin and Paris and praised for “setting a new standard for Notion.”
Engagement increased, marketers across regions adopted the format, and the system proved easy to localise and reuse. Ultimately, the work didn’t just communicate the research. It elevated how Notion brings its biggest insights to market.
