Account Manager

The Account Manager will be a part of an integrated client services team and work closely with the design and digital studio. You will also work closely with clients to understand their business and objectives, and offer creative and strategic input to propose the right solutions, whilst working with the internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and to budget.

ABOUT THE ROLE & PERSON

As one of our Account Managers, you will be a part of an integrated client services team and work closely with the design and digital studio. You will also work closely with clients to understand their business and objectives, and offer creative and strategic input to propose the right solutions, whilst working with the internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and to budget.

You will be the day-to-day client lead on a portfolio of accounts, managing client comms, timelines/deadlines, costings, liaising with suppliers etc. You’ll be project managing campaigns, ensuring they are on brief from concept to delivery, plan ahead and anticipate problems, adapting accordingly when required.

You’ll be comfortable building and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels and be able to understand your client’s business and objectives. 

You will have experience with work-flow management, liaising with studio planning/resourcing, internal creatives and external suppliers where needed. You will be comfortable with financial management – maintaining tight cost control on projects, being able to accurately report on project financials and revenue forecasting.

You will ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these, plus maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, next steps and then action those.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager within an agency environment is necessary. 

  • Experience within the property sector or a complementary industry is ideal but not required. 

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment with great attention to detail, planning and problem solving.
