Making EY PAS famous in HR with always on content hub
HR leaders need live, always-on content to understand their ever-changing industry.
Working with people can be complicated; managing them even more so.
EY People Advisory Service asked us to elevate their brand and build an engaged audience.
However, the truth was they really had no clear brand among HR leadership and C-Suite audience.
We in fact defined that EY’s direct competitors weren’t rival brands but news sources and publishers.
Having gained a complete understanding of the audience’s needs our recurring insight was that senior HR professionals needed ongoing industry commentary and analysis and were underserved.
This was an obvious opportunity for EY PAS so we proposed creation of a content hub.
The Hive housed weekly thought leadership, infographics and video on topics and issues that resonate with C-suite and HR decision makers.
