alan. is excited to announce that we have been appointed by Knight Frank, the UK’s leading independent real estate consultancy, to launch Active Capital 2022 – its flagship global capital markets report.
alan. was selected in a five-way competitive pitch and will create and implement a multi-channel campaign and marketing strategy for Knight Frank’s annual seminal report which offers a unique perspective on the outlook for global real estate investment.
The global campaign will target institutional funds, private equity, pension funds, Ultra High Net-worth Individuals and the wider global real estate sector.
alan. will be creating the brand identity, concept and execution of the report across digital, social media and traditional media channels, plus a suite of creative assets, including video, podcast, articles, infographics, visualisations and localised case studies
The campaign will go live in October and will be led by a hybrid team of alan. and alan’s partner agency, property marketing specialists ‘Sectorlight’.
