Both brands are powered by an integrated creative studio, comprising of creatives, designers, artworkers, developers and copywriters and this role would work across both of the brands.

ABOUT THE ROLE & PERSON

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and driven Graphic Designer with a strong conceptual mindset and powerful execution skills, with a passion and interest in motion graphics and animation. You will be a natural problem solver who likes to work in close collaboration with clients and brands. You can use intelligent storytelling to help us design and deliver best in class work across Financial Services, Tech and Property.

You will craft bespoke content and data visualisations, create editorial layouts, push your digital design skills across online and motion, in addition to working across branding opportunities and creative campaigns.

 Working in partnership with our Design Directors and creative team, the Graphic Designer takes both digital and print content projects from brief to completion. A powerhouse of creativity, the Graphic Designer works closely with (and challenges) our clients to create fresh and engaging design solutions and concepts.

 You should be comfortable working across multiple platforms and channels, creating and developing high quality work for use across web, social and campaign visuals. Naturally pragmatic, the Graphic Designer should be able to take ideas and run with them, elevating them to new heights. 

 SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experienced multidisciplinary designer working in a creative agency environment.

  • A proven talent for designing compelling content, backed up with solid conceptual thinking.

  • The confidence and ability to create original illustrations, data visualisations and infographics.

  • Great all-round design skills with a curiosity for all sorts of multi-platform and interactive content.

  • Mastery of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator at a minimum, with experience of Figma and After Effects a very strong advantage.

  • Knowledge and interest in After Effects and keen to develop motion graphics skills.

  • Working knowledge of print and digital production best-practices and techniques (pre-flight, artworking etc).

  • Excellent ability to work under pressure on multiple projects.

  • An outstanding portfolio, across both print and digital, that demonstrates an ability to create clean, elegant design with that little bit extra.
