ABOUT THE ROLE & PERSON

Due to continued growth we are looking for experienced Business Development Managers to join our team based out of London. Your focus will be on either Place & Space or Financial Services & Tech

You will have experience working agency side with a focus on either financial services, tech or place and space clients. You will identify and nurture key prospects, building and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels. 

As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for bringing appropriate new projects into the business across B2B and B2C. You will ensure we are meeting our commercial targets and help to keep our clients happy.

You will spearhead pitches in response to client briefs and understand the client’s business and objectives. You will understand how ideas can travel across media and work with teams to help translate ideas across executions. You will manage and support the junior members of the sales team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working in a business development role within a marketing/creative agency environment, B2B or B2C. 

  • Experience working with Financial/Professional services, Tech or Place & Space clients.

  • Proven experience overachieving targets and comfortable maintaining GP margins.

  • Proven experience bringing in accounts of £350k+.

  • Good understanding of the management of integrated campaigns; creative, branding, content, digital, and social.

  • Experience managing and motivating junior members of the team.

  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbally.
